The picture above so perfectly fits and describes my story—uphill, downhill, round and round, exciting, and scary, bright spots and dark spots. My “joyful journey” has sometimes been an amazing thrill ride and sometimes just a big downward spiral! But, the emotional, mental, and physical struggles are all part of the story, and through it all, I see clear reflections of God’s amazing grace.

They're Here!

They arrived at dinner time last night. Today is Grandma & Grandpa time with the kids while Mom and Dad are off to Vancouver. I love popping my head in the doorway to "their" room and seeing this sight -- this is what I saw after telling them to make their beds and tidy up. Now we're heading off to OMSI (Oregon Museum of Science and Industry) -- a very fun "hands-on" place for kids and adults alike.

I'd love to see that museum. It would be great fun with Tano and Ellie there too (and Grandma!).

So glad you have your time with Nathaniel, and Elli. Give them hugs for me, ok? Aunti Grama thinks they are pretty special.
