The picture above so perfectly fits and describes my story—uphill, downhill, round and round, exciting, and scary, bright spots and dark spots. My “joyful journey” has sometimes been an amazing thrill ride and sometimes just a big downward spiral! But, the emotional, mental, and physical struggles are all part of the story, and through it all, I see clear reflections of God’s amazing grace.

Happy Father's Day To My Husband

You know how much I love you, but do you know how proud I am of you, too?

I'm proud of your successes -- your skills and talents, your hard work and accomplishments . . .
But, even more important than these, I'm proud of the man you are inside--the goodness and generosity which are so much a part of your daily life, the warmth and caring which are so wonderful a part of the joy you bring to our family . .
You are truly a special person, and I feel fortunate beyond all measure to have been given the gift of a husband like you.
