In LESS than a thousand words, what does this picture say to you?See that one droopy blossom? That's how both of us felt when we found out that our insurance coverage ended the very day Larry's in-patient hospitalization began. Yet, just look at those adorable little pets resting peacefully, oblivious to fire burning nearby, or the withering flowers. That's how I want to be--fully assured of God's awareness of our difficult situation, and His ability to see us through anything.

Confusing! Logs are not on the fire. Sunflowers look a little droopy, need light or water? The cat sleeping with the dog reminds me of a cat and dog we had. They grew up together and were the best of friends.

If those are yule logs in the photo, I like Rebecca's perception. Soon we will be focused on when God put on flesh to dwell among us. Our sunflowers in our garden have become quite droopy too. I have not wanted to trim them for the winter yet. Did these come from your yard or did someone give them to you?
That one droopy flower is how our emotions can begin to weigh us down.One droop becomes two droops and so on.Our hope is in the Lord that he will see us through to the end and give us the strengh and peace we so need.Our prayers are with you.
